Supplementary Announcement Proposed declaration of interim dividend

Following to the announcement of Yoda PLC (the "Company") on 13 October 2025, the Company wishes to clarify that the Interim Dividend totalling EUR50 million equates to a cash dividend of c. EUR 0,0222949 per share.

Furthermore, subject to shareholders' authorisation, those shareholders who choose to receive the Interim Dividend as a scrip dividend will be allotted new shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.50 each and an issue price of EUR 1.00 each. Indicatively a shareholder holding 45 shares, who elects to receive the Interim Dividend as a scrip dividend, will be allotted with one new share in the Company, with the remaining part of the Interim Dividend be forgiven and not paid in cash.

The Company will take into account the interim dividend due to each shareholder and the election made on the election form in order to pay the cash dividend rounded to the nearest eurocent and/or issue new shares rounded down to the nearest possible whole share. The final total Interim Dividend paid will be determined following the election made by the shareholders.
