Following the Annual General Meeting held today, the Company is pleased to announce that all Resolutions put to shareholders were passed by a poll.

Resolutions 1 to 14 were proposed as Ordinary Resolutions. Resolutions 15 to 17 were proposed as Special Resolutions.
