NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION IN SHARES

BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Company has been notified that on 14 October 2025, the PDMRs listed below purchased through the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") ordinary shares in the Company ("Partnership Shares") at a price of 817.5 pence per share. Under the terms of the SIP, each eligible employee can choose to purchase Partnership Shares from their gross pay as a lump sum or as a monthly contribution.

The Company also awarded Matching Shares under the SIP to certain PDMRs listed below in a ratio of one Matching Share for every three Partnership Shares purchased (on only the first £600 worth of Partnership Shares purchased per tax year).
