UPDATED CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2025

Prodea Investments, in accordance with articles 4.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, announces to the public the supplementing of the Company's Corporate Events Calendar for the year 2025, with the following:

11.04.2025: Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the year 2024

Press Release Annual Financial Results

11.06.2025: Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting

16.06.2025: Cut-off date for the payment of the dividend

17.06.2025: Determination of dividend beneficiaries (Record Date)

20.06.2025: Commencement of dividend payment

30.09.2025: Publication of the Financial Report for H1 2025

16.10.2025: Publication of the Interim Condensed Financial Statements for the 9 months of 2025

The Company clarifies that the Financial Results will be announced after the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange session, on the Company's website (www.prodea.gr) and on the Athens Exchange Group website (www.athexgroup.gr).

The Company has the right to amend the above mentioned dates, provided that the investors will be informed on time with a new announcement.
