Wärtsilä's financial information and Annual General Meeting in 2026

Wärtsilä will publish the following financial information in 2026:

· Financial Statements Bulletin January-December 2025 on Wednesday, 4 February
2026
· Interim Report January-March 2026 on Tuesday, 28 April 2026
· Half-year Financial Report January-June 2026 on Tuesday, 21 July 2026
· Interim Report January-September 2026 on Tuesday, 27 October 2026

The Annual Report for the year 2025 will be published latest on Thursday 19
February 2026, three weeks before the Annual General Meeting.

Wärtsilä's Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, 12 March
2026. Wärtsilä's Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date.
