Increase of the total number of shares and votes in Arise Windpower AB (publ)

Since 13,000 warrants have been exercised in Arise Windpower AB (publ) ("Arise Windpower") in accordance with press releases on 1 April and 6 April 2011 and 65,000 new shares have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 14 April 2011, the total number of shares and votes in Arise Windpower has increased to:

31,853,570 shares, representing 31,853,570 votes.
