This announcement replaces the announcement released at 14:30 on 6 October 2025 (RNS number: 2468C).
In the original announcement, Daniel Rabie's resulting shareholding did not take account of the recent correction to the announcement originally made on 16:50 on 3 October 2025 (RNS number: 0719C). This correction reduces Daniel Rabie's resulting shareholding to 3,227,208 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.37 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company. Director / PDMR Shareholding - Replacement
GetBusy plc (AIM: GETB) ("GetBusy" or "the Company") today announces that Daniel Rabie, the Company's chief executive officer, has informed the Company that on 3 October 2025, he and members of his immediate family bought 215,825 ordinary shares of 0.15 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 82.082 pence per share.
Following the trades Daniel Rabie and persons closely associated with him have a beneficial interest over 3,227,208 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.37 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company. Additionally, he has 3,033,247 fully vested but unexercised options over Ordinary Shares, representing a further 5.98 per cent. of the current voting rights of the Company.
