("Tessellis" or the "Company") reminds that on 10 October 2025 the report of the independent auditors Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. on the Group's Consolidated Half-Year Financial Report as of 30 June 2025 was made available to shareholders at https://www.tessellis.it/bilanci-e-relazioni/.

The said report contains a statement on significant uncertainties.
