Share Incentive Plan - Award

The Company was informed on the 10th October 2025 of the completion of an award under the approved and unapproved Share Incentive Plan to the directors and  Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ( PDMRs) dated the 10th October 2025 at a price of £6.31 pence per share.

The awards vest on the third anniversary of grant, subject to the participant's continued employment, at which time the participant can elect to receive the shares awarded (less any deductions for tax and National Insurance) or a cash amount equal to the value of the shares ( less any deductions for tax and National Insurance).
