Vice President Human Resources added to NCC Group Management

The NCC Group's Vice President Human Resources will join Group Management on May 25. The current Vice President Human Resources is Mats Pettersson.

Mats Pettersson already holds the position of Vice President Human Resources for the entire NCC Group but was not previously a member of Group Management, since the Group's Human Resources function was organizationally affiliated to NCC Construction Sweden.

A streamlined corporate HR staff function has now been established, headed by Mats Pettersson who reports directly to the CEO. Mats Pettersson has been employed at NCC since 2005.

"Issues regarding skills supply are central to the development and advancement of NCC toward long-term profitability and growth. Since we aim to be the most attractive company to work for, it is natural to have such HR issues at Group Management level," says Peter Wågström, President and CEO of NCC.

The organizational changes will become effective on May 25. NCC's Group Management already includes the business area presidents, the Chief Financial Officer and the Senior Vice Presidents of Corporate Communications and Corporate Legal Affair. As a result of the change, a new Head of HR will be recruited for NCC Construction Sweden.
