The Executive and Supervisory Board of Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG have
today decided to increase the share capital again to a minor extent. The
equity capital is to be increased via a partial utilisation of the
authorized capital 2006 of EUR 178,000. Subscription rights will be
excluded. The 178,000 new no-par bearer stocks will be subscribed by the
new strategic investor DKA Consult ApS for a price of EUR 9.50 per share.
The proceeds from the issue amount to almost EUR 1.7 mn and shall be used
for interim financing of large volume projects.
