Hamburg, July 21, 2009: COLEXON Energy AG, Hamburg (ISIN: DE0005250708) has
decided today to extend the acceptance period of its voluntary takeover
offer dated 13 May 2009 for all outstanding shares of Renewagy A/S which
are traded under ISIN: DK0060111367 at NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, Denmark, to
26 September 2009, 08:00 p.m. Danish time.

COLEXON Energy AG has published an addendum to the Offer Document of 13 May
2009 (hereinafter the 'Addendum of 21 July 2009'). Both, the extension of
the offer period and the Addendum of 21 July 2009 have been approved by the
Danish FSA.

The acceptance period has been extended due to the outstanding entry of the
capital increase in the commercial register. The completion of the capital
increase is one condition precedent for the execution of the takeover
offer. If all conditions in the Takeover Offer are met prior to 26
September 2009 20.00 Danish time, the offer period will terminate with two
week notice.

The voluntary takeover offer and the Addendum of July 2009 can be found on
the COLEXON Energy AG website and the joint transaction website
(www.colexon-renewagy.com) where it is available for download.
