According to preliminary results COLEXON Energy AG recorded revenues
of Euro 85.4 million in fiscal year 2007 (previous year: Euro 62.6
million) – up 37 % compared to 2006. The preliminary EBIT is at Euro 216
thousand (previous year Euro –6,4 million). The operating result was
negatively affected by the delayed takeover of realised projects which
caused revenues and earnings to be transferred into the business year 2008.
Furthermore, one-off effects were caused by the restructuring of the
company. Thus, additional expenses for legal advice, management and HR
consulting, the expansion of the regional sales force, the implementation
of the ERP-system, the settlement of legal disputes as well as the change
in the CFO position totalled more than Euro 2.5 million. Due to the new
focus on large-scale projects, a strongly growing market segment and the
fixed supply contracts for thin-film modules, the Executive Board is
forecasting revenues of Euro 110 million and an EBIT of Euro 6 to 8 million
for 2008.
