The Supervisory Board of Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG (ISIN: DE0005250708,
WKN: 525070) has today appointed Dr. Volker Wingefeld as new Chief
Financial Officer of the company as of 15th November, 2007. He will succeed
Patrick Arndt, who will leave the company. Patrick Arndt has considerably
contributed to the turnaround in the current business year and has led the
company back on its successful path.

The new CFO Dr. Volker Wingefeld, born 1951, has long-term experience as
director of finance or CFO in well-established industrial enterprises, i.e.
as general manager and director finance of Dunlop GmbH as well as as CFO of
the listed Buderus AG. Since 2004 he was member of the Board of
Fahrzeug-Werke Lueg AG.

After DKA Consult ApS has taken a major share in the company, this change
is part of the new strategic organisation. Furthermore, in this context an
extraordinary shareholder’s meeting will be held on 18th December 2007 in
order to decide about renaming the company as COLEXON Energy AG and about
changing the members of the Supervisory Board.
