Indutrade acquires Torell Pump, Sweden

Indutrade today signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in the Swedish company Torell Pump AB, with annual sales of approximately SEK 40 million.

Torell Pump markets and sells pumps, compressors and equipment for cleaning sewage and waste water. The company has a strong position in applications for industry, marine, water treatment plants and cooling systems.

Possession will take place today, when the company becomes part of the Flow Technology business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade's earnings per share.
