Publication of proposal of appointment for the supplementation of the Board of Statutory Auditors and appointment of an Alternate Auditor during the General Shareholders' Meeting convened for October 27, 2025

Bologna, October 13, 2025 – With regards to Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna S.p.A. ("AdB") Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting, convened in a single call for October 27, 2025, at 11.00 a.m., at the registered office in Via Triumvirato 84, Bologna, in order to deliberate the supplementation of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the appointment of an Alternate Auditor, the company informs that the following proposal for appointment was submitted by the scheduled deadline of October 12, 2025, with the required documentation and accompanying information by shareholder Mundys S.p.A., owner of 29.38% of the capital of AdB and mention:

Bologna's Guglielmo Marconi Airport, which is classified as a "strategic airport" in the Central-Northern area under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport's National Airport Plan, reported over 10.7 million passengers in 2024, making it Italy's seventh largest airport by passenger numbers (Source: Assaeroporti, Aeroporti 2030).
