The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA gives notice the quorum necessary to carry on reunion of the Shareholders' general extraordinary assembly has not been met on 13.10.2025, 10:00 h, at the first convocation. The assemblie have been attended by proxy or correspondence by 18 shareholders representing 22.10610% of the company's share capital at Shareholders' general extraordinary reunion.
