Change in Sitowise's Group Management Team

Sitowise Group Plc    Changes in board/management/auditors   13 October 2025 at

Turo Tinkanen has announced that he will leave Sitowise and his position as EVP,
Information Technology and as a member of the Group Management Team. He has held
his position since January 2018.

Tinkanen has been responsible for the group's IT and information security
functions, as well as the development of technological infrastructure and AI
capabilities.

• I sincerely thank Turo for his significant contribution to Sitowise. Turo has
  played a key role in several strategic projects, including the development of
  Sitowise's Voima platform, the successful implementation of IT, ERP and CRM
  systems, and the strengthening of AI capabilities to enhance expert work. His
  expertise and dedication have been valuable to Sitowise's growth and
  development. When the time comes, I wish him good luck and success in his new
  challenges, says CEO Heikki Haasmaa.

Turo Tinkanen will continue actively in his current role, until he leaves
Sitowise in February 2026. The search for his successor has begun.
