Completion of Name Change

Further to the announcement on 25 September 2025, Fevara confirms that its change of name from Carr's Group and change of TIDM from CARR to FVA is expected to be effective on the London Stock Exchange plc from 8.00 a.m. today. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.

The Company also announces that its new corporate website address is now live and can be found here: www.fevara.com
