Redemption Price and Payment Timetable

The Board of VNH announces that the final number of Ordinary Shares validly tendered for redemption for 2025 is 4,198,773 Ordinary Shares. These Ordinary Shares represent approximately 17.9% of the Ordinary Shares in issue as of 31 August 2025.

All shareholders who validly applied to have their Ordinary Shares redeemed will receive the Redemption Price of 431.3 pence per share, less any redemption fee applicable and direct expenses related to the redemption.

It is expected that dispatch of payments in respect of the valid redemption requests will be made on or around 31 October 2025.

Following this redemption, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 19,280,187 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 261,179 which are held as Treasury Shares. All Ordinary Shares have 1 vote per share.

This total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
