PRE-EARNINGS GUIDANCE FOR 3Q 2025

(UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS)

LG Electronics Inc. (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating statistics

of the Company and its subsidiaries (the ''Group'') for the 3rd quarter of 2025 as follows.

In the 3rd quarter of 2025, the Group's consolidated sales amounted to KRW 21,875.1 billion (as

compared to KRW 20,735.2 billion in 2025.2Q and KRW 22,176.4 billion in 2024.3Q), representing

a quarter-on-quarter increase of 5.5% (QoQ 5.5%) and a year-on-year decrease of 1.4% (YoY

-1.4%).

The Group's consolidated operating income amounted to KRW 688.9 billion (as compared to KRW

639.4 billion in 2025.2Q and KRW 751.9 billion in 2024.3Q), representing a quarter-on-quarter

increase of 7.7% (QoQ 7.7%) and a year-on-year decrease of 8.4% (YoY -8.4%).
