Purchase of Shares by Director

RentGuarantor (AIM: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK1 private rental sector, announces that Professor Dave Cliff, Non-Executive Director, purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 9 October 2025.  Mr Cliff now has a total interest in 225,555 Ordinary Shares, including Ordinary Shares held by Syritta Ltd, a company which is owned 51% by him with the remainder of this company owned by his wife, which is equivalent to 0.18% of the voting rights in the Company.
