Change of Company Secretary and Change of Registered Office

The Board announces the appointment of Prism Cosec Limited as the corporate named company secretary of the Company with effect from 26th September 2025 in place of MUFG Corporate Governance Limited which entity vacated office with effect from the same date.

The Board further announces that with immediate effect, the Registered Office of the Company will be changed to:
