Indutrade today signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in AD MediCal AB, with annual sales of approximately SEK 30 million.
AD MediCal delivers products, service and maintenance of advanced medical technology equipment. The company offers a unique combination of product sales and services, which together make up the core of customers' sterilisation and disinfection work. Customers are in the healthcare, dentistry, pharmaceutical and medical research industries.
Possession of the company will be transferred today, and the company will be part of Indutrade's Industrial Components business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade's earnings per share.
