The Company announces that a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") has exercised share options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan (the "Plan"), resulting in the allotment of common stock.

In accordance with the rules of the Plan, the options vested and were settled through the issuance of common stock. The PDMR has retained the shares acquired upon exercise.
