The Company announces that a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") has received a cash payment from the Company in respect of the vesting of share options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan (the "Plan").

In accordance with the rules of the Plan and at the discretion of the Company, the vested options were settled in cash rather than through the allotment or transfer of common stock.

No common stock was issued or transferred in connection with this transaction.
