CANCELLATION OF LISTING

On 11 September 2025, Warehouse REIT plc ("Warehouse") announced that it had made requests to the FCA and London Stock Exchange respectively to cancel the listing and trading of the Warehouse Shares on the Equity Shares (Closed-ended investment funds) category of the Official List and Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE Delisting").

Warehouse confirms that the listing of Warehouse Shares on the equity shares ( Closed-ended investment funds ) category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the admission to trading of Warehouse Shares on the main market of the London Stock Exchange were each cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. today, 9 October 2025.

This announcement should be read in conjunction with the full text of the document relating to the takeover offer within the meaning of Part 28 of the Companies Act 2006 to implement the Acquisition published on 11 July 2025 (the "Offer Document"). Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meaning given to them in the Offer Document.
