Since an issue in kind has been made inArise WindpowerAB (publ) ("Arise Windpower") in accordance with press release on 6 October 2011 and 1,574,500 new shares have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 6 October 2011, the total number of shares and votes in Arise Windpower has increased to: 33,428,070 shares, representing 33,428,070 votes.
