Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Fjord Defence Group ASA (the "Company") earlier today regarding the final results of the Subsequent Offering (as defined therein).
Kristian Zahl, the Company's COO and a primary insider of the Company, has been allocated 64 new shares in the Subsequent Offering at a subscription price of NOK 9.60 per share.
