Rogaland Sparebank Boligkreditt AS: Successful issuance of NOK Covered Bond
Rogaland Sparebank Boligkreditt AS (AAA Scope Ratings) has today issued NOK 3 bn in a new FRN Covered Bond (Premium), with settlement date the 15th of October 2025 and maturity the 14th of November 2030.
The bond will be listed on Euronext ABM. The coupon is 3 months NIBOR +0.39 percentage points p.a. and ISIN NO0013683144.
