**TIN INN Holding AG considers issuing a new corporate bond
Wassenberg, 8 October 2025** . TIN INN Holding AG (Ticker symbol TIW / ISIN DE000A40ZTT8 ), the vertically integrated hospitality platform for standardized ESG hotels in German mid-sized cities, is considering the issuance of a new corporate bond against the backdrop of positive business development and attractive growth prospects. ICF BANK AG Wertpapierhandelsbank has been commissioned to conduct a market sounding. The final decision on an issuance will be made by the Management Board based on investor feedback and current market conditions.
