The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") informs about thechange in the date of publication of financial statements for the thirdquarter of 2025, which was to be published on October 28, 2025, inaccordance with the information published in Current Report No. 55/2024of December 13, 2024.

The consolidated financial statements for the third quarter of 2025 willbe published on October 29, 2025.

Legal basis: § 84 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance ofJune 6, 2025, on current and periodic information published by issuersof securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
