CHANGE IN THE SHARE CAPITAL

Share capital increase following the exercise of stock options

The Board of Directors during its meeting of September 30th, 2025 noted that from January 1 st, 2025 to August 31 st, 2025, 242 461 new shares with a par value of 5.50 euros each have been issued following the exercise of stock options.

As a consequence, the Company's new share capital, which takes immediate effect, amounts to

3,181,759,482.00 euros

divided into 578,501,724 fully paid-up shares with a par value of 5.50 euros each.
