Digia's Financial Calendar and Annual General Meeting in 2026

two Business Reviews and the Half Year Financial Report as follows:

· Financial Statement Release 2025: Thursday 5 February 2026 at 3.00 p.m. EET
· Business Review 1-3/2026: Wednesday 29 April 2026 at 8.00 a.m. EEST
· Half Year Financial Report 1-6/2026: Thursday 6 August 2026 at 3.00 p.m.

· Business Review 1-9/2026: Tuesday 27 October 2026 at 3.00 p.m. EEST

The Board of Directors' Report and financial statements will be available on
Digia's webpage Friday 6 March 2026.

Digia Plc's Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 24 March 2026. The
Board of Directors of the company will convene the meeting.
