Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847 (hereinafter: Company) announces that the Investor Day will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025 from 11:30 to 12:30 via internet transmission. During the Investor Day, the following will be presented:

• results of Croatian tourism in 2025
• business results of Valamar Group for the first three quarters of 2025 and projections until the end of the year, and
• performance and outlook of key performance indicators under the Valamar Group's Business Strategy until 2026.
