Ninety One plc (the 'Company') Total Voting Rights

The Company repurchased its own ordinary shares during August and September 2025. The Company now provides the information required in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R and 5.6.1AR.

As at 29 August 2025, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consisted of 628,480,526 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each, carrying one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury, therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company as at 29 August 2025 was 628,480,526.

As at 30 September 2025, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consisted of 628,010,898 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each, carrying one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company as at 30 September 2025 was 628,010,898.

Shareholders should use the above figures as the denominator for the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
