New £120,000 Order from Shell Marine Products

Tan Delta (AIM:TAND), a leading provider of intelligent real time sensor based monitoring and maintenance systems for commercial and industrial equipment, is pleased to announce the receipt of a new order worth approximately £120,000 (the "Order") from Shell Marine Products Singapore ("Shell"), a division of SHELL focused on commercial shipping, with whom, we have an existing distributor agreement. These systems are expected to be deployed on a range of vessels to monitor various critical pieces of equipment such as auxiliary engines, propulsion engines and other support systems.

The Order is for our real time oil analysis sensors, which analyse oil inside operating equipment in real time, and when combined with analytics, enable more efficient and effective predictive maintenance which is based on need rather than fixed time cycles that ignore actual equipment status. Tan Delta real time oil sensor solutions use our proprietary sensing technology to analyse oil in working equipment in real time at a molecular level, enabling accurate tracking of oil condition to end of life, and detection of unexpected issues such as contamination or other internal and unseen equipment issues which may lead to bigger problems and or failures in the future.

This order, whilst small in the context of the overall commercial marine market segment, is a good example of this."
