SUBJECT: Notice on the enforceability of the Decision on contract award

ING-GRAD Jsc., headquartered at Kalinovica 3, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 93245284305, hereby notifies that, in the open public procurement procedure under notice number: 2025/S F02-0000800, for the procurement name: Complete renovation of the earthquake-damaged building of the University of Zagreb and the Faculty of Law at Trg Republike Hrvatske 14, Zagreb, the Contract award decision (CLASS: 406-03/25-01/01, REG. NO.: 251-25-18-03/1-25-34), issued on July 23, 2025, by the Decision of the State Commission for the Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures (CLASS: UP/II-034- 02/25-01/431, REG. NO.: 354-02/9-25-11) dated September 16, 2025, which rejected the appeal of the appellant Joint Venture of Modulor Ltd., Belgrade, Serbia, and Modulor Constructions Ltd., Zagreb, became final and enforceable on October 6, 2025.

Given the enforceability of the Decision on contract award, the contract will be signed with the selected tenderer ING-GRAD Jsc. and the Contracting Authority – University of Zagreb, Zagreb, in the amount of EUR 27,861,732.55 excluding VAT, i.e. EUR 34,827,165.69 including VAT.
