The Supervisory Board of FORTEC Elektronik AG today resolved, for cause, to revoke the appointment of Ms. Sandra Maile as a member of the Management Board and to withdraw her designation as Chairwoman of the Management Board of the Company, each with immediate effect.
Mr. Ulrich Ermel informed the Supervisory Board on 30 September 2025 that he will not be available for another term of office and intends to step down from the Management Board of FORTEC Elektronik AG no later than 30 June 2026.
The Supervisory Board takes this as an opportunity to realign the Company’s executive management and currently intends to reconstitute the Management Board in its entirety as of mid-next year.
The Supervisory Board will conduct a structured process to appoint the new members of the Management Board.
