05.09.2025, 08.09.2025 ve 03.10.2025 tarihli KAP açıklamalarımıza istinaden, Şirketimizin borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 02.10.2025 tarih ve 2025/52 sayılı bülteninde onayı duyurulan ve tarafımıza tebliğ edilen ihraç belgesi kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulmaktadır.

Pursuant to our material event disclosures dated 05.09.2025, 08.09.2025 and 03.10.2025, the Capital Markets Board's ("CMB") approval for the planned debt issue was announced in the CMB's bulletin dated October 02, 2025 and numbered 2025/52. The approved issuance certificate and its annex are presented in the attachment.
