Mülkiyeti T.C. Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı'na (TOKİ) ait arsalar üzerinde, Şirketimizin geliştiriciliğinde yürütülen ve gayrimenkul sertifikası ihracına konu olan İstanbul Başakşehir Damla Kent Projesi kapsamında, inşaat aşamasına geçilmesine yönelik ihale süreçleri planlandığı takvimde tamamlanmıştır.

Bu kapsamda, projenin A ve B etaplarındaki konut ve ticari üniteler ile bunlara ait altyapı ve çevre düzenleme işlerinin yapımına yönelik anahtar teslim ihaleler sonuçlandırılmıştır.

Yüklenici firmalarla sözleşmelerin imzalanmasının ardından hızla inşaat faaliyetlerine geçilecektir.

Süreçteki tüm önemli gelişmeler düzenli olarak kamuoyu ve yatırımcılarımız ile paylaşılmaya devam edilecektir.

Within the scope of the İstanbul Başakşehir Damla Kent Project, which is being developed by our Company on lands owned by the Republic of Turkey, Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), and is subject to the issuance of real estate certificates, the tender processes for the commencement of the construction phase have been completed as scheduled.

In this context, the turnkey tenders for the Residential and Commercial Constructions, with Infrastructure and Landscaping Works of the units in Stages A and B have been concluded.

Construction activities will commence promptly following the signing of the contracts with the contractor companies.

All significant developments throughout the process will continue to be shared with the public and our investors on a regular basis.
