Beijerinvest AB får härmed anmäla (s.k. flaggning) att bolaget genom byte avyttrat 200.000 Aaktier i Beijer Alma AB till Anders Walls Stiftelse (802010-1161) och från nämnda stiftelse förvärvat 200.000 B-aktier i Beijer Alma. Antalet aktier i Beijer Alma är oförändrat hos Beijerinvest, men transaktionen - som är av intern karaktär - innebär att Beijerinvests röstandel i Beijer Alma nedgått till under 20 % och uppgår numera till 19,6 %.
