Balder sells property

Fastighets AB Balder (publ) is selling the site leasehold right to the property Stockholm, Syllen 3 in Årstadal / Liljeholmen to AB Stockholmshem. The lettable area amounts to 5,200 sq. m. and the purchase price amounts to SEK 64 million.

The transfer, which is a corporate transaction, is conditional on Stockholm City Council's approval of the purchase and on the City Council's decision gaining legal force.
