Publication of changes to the total numbers of shares and votes in Betsson AB (publ)

Following the new issue consummated as part of Betsson AB's (publ) ("Betsson") payment of additional purchase price in relation to the acquisition of Betsafe, the total numbers of shares and votes as of March 30 th, 2012 amount to 42,001,209 and 90,781,209, respectively, divided into 5,420,000 shares of series A with ten votes each and 36,581,209 shares of series B with one vote each.

As of March 1st, 2012 the total number of shares and votes in Betsson amounted to 41,394,392 and 90,174,392, respectively, divided into 5,420,000 shares of series A with ten votes each and 35,974,392 shares of series B with one vote each. Consequently, during March 2012 the total number of shares and votes has increased by 606,817 shares and votes. All new shares are of series B.
