KERNEL ANNOUNCES DATE FOR Q1 FY2026 OPERATIONS UPDATE PUBLICATION

Kernel Holding S.A. (the "Company") is announcing that it will report its Operations Update for the three months ended 30 September 2025 on Friday, 24 October 2025, after market closing.

Additionally, the Company is announcing that:

• it will report its Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the 3 months ended 30 September 2025 on Friday, 28 November 2025, after market closing;
• it will report its Operations Update for the three months ended 31 December 2025 on Thursday, 22 January 2026, after market closing;
• it will report its Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the six months ended 31 December 2025 on Friday, 27 February 2026, after market closing;
• it will report its Operations Update for the three months ended 31 March 2026 on Monday, 20 April 2026, after market closing;
• it will report its Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the three months ended 31 March 2026 on Friday, 29 May 2026, after market closing;
• it will report its Operations Update for the three months ended 30 June 2026 on Monday, 20 July 2026, after market closing;

Finally, the Company is announcing that it will publish its Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2026 on Friday, 02 October 2026, after market closing.

Legal grounds: Art. 17 of REGULATION (EU) No 596/2014 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
