COMUNICAZIONE SETTIMANALE IN MERITO AL PIANO DI ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE RELATIVAMENTE AL PERIODO 29 SETTEMBRE – 1 OTTOBRE 2025; CONCLUSIONE PROGRAMMA DI ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE
Milano, 3 ottobre 2025 - Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" e/o la "Società"), leader in Italia e uno dei principali operatori integrati a livello globale nel settore fieristico e congressuale, annuncia di aver acquistato nel periodo compreso tra il 29 settembre e il 1 ottobre 2025 n. 45.000 azioni proprie ad un prezzo medio ponderato giornaliero di euro 7,29 per azione per un controvalore di euro 328.190 nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie comunicato al mercato in data 4 giugno 2025 e avviato in data 9 giugno 2025, in seguito all'autorizzazione ottenuta da parte dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti il 23 aprile 2025 e alla deliberazione assunta dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in data 13 maggio 2025. Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario abilitato indipendente Equita SIM S.p.A.
La Società comunica altresì di aver completato il programma di acquisto di azioni proprie comunicato al mercato in data 4 giugno 2025.

WEEKLY COMMUNICATION REGARDING SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAMME IN RELATION TO THE PERIOD 29 SEPTEMBER – 1 OCTOBER 2025; CONCLUSION OF THE SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAM
Milan, 3 October 2025 - Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" and/or the "Company"), leader in Italy and one of the main integrated operators in the world in the exhibition and congress industry, announces to have acquired during the period from 29 September 2025 to 1 October 2025 no. 45,000 treasury shares at a weighted average price of Euro 7.29 for a total countervalue of Euro 328,190 under the buyback program of treasury shares communicated to the market on 4 June 2025 and launched on 9 June 2025 as authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 23 April 2025 and pursuant to the resolution approved on 13 May 2025 by the Board of Directors. The purchases were made through the independent authorized intermediary Equita SIM S.p.A.
The Company also announces that it has completed the share buyback program announced to the market on 4 June 2025.
On the basis of information provided by the independent authorized intermediary in charge of carrying out the buyback transactions described in this present press release, here below is a summary of the daily transactions, in aggregate form.
