Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPCSA ("PPC") announces the following:

• On September 26, 2025, Ms. Sofia Dimtsa proceeded with the purchase of 3,546 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 49,627.41
• On September 29, 2025 Mr. Achilleas Ioakeimidis proceeded with the purchase of 3,650shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 51,390.54 as well as with the sale of 1,350 shares of PPC for a total consideration of €19,008.00
• On September 30, 2025 Mr. Dimitrios Dimitriadis proceeded with the purchase of 2,990shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 41,848.34
• On September 30, 2025 Mr. Georgios Stassis proceeded with the purchase of 10,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 140,212.00.
