Şirketimizin 3.10.2025 tarihinde yapılmış olan 1.07.2024-30.06.2025 özel hesap dönemi Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında pay sahipleri tarafından, 11.09.2025 tarihli ve 295 sayılı Yönetim Kurulu önerisi dikkate alınarak, dönem karı ve geçmiş yıl toplam dağıtılabilir kardan toplam brüt 196.000.000 TL kâr payının, 1 TL nominal değerli beher pay için brüt 17,63 kuruş/pay (net 14,98 kuruş/pay) olmak üzere, mevzuatta öngörülen esaslar çerçevesinde 14.11.2025 tarihinde pay sahiplerine nakden dağıtılmasına karar verilmiştir.
