İstanbul Başakşehir Damla Kent Projesi Gayrimenkul Sertifikası ihracı kapsamında yer alan, Şirketimizce gerçekleştirilen " İstanbul Başakşehir Damla Kent Projesi B Etabı 2. Kısım Konut ve Ticaret İnşaatları ile Altyapı ve Çevre Düzenleme İnşaatı İşi " ihalesi gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Bu ihale, toplam 86.503,40 m² inşaat alanını kapsamakta olup, proje kapsamında 385 adet konut ve 9 adet ticari ünite olmak üzere toplam 394 bağımsız bölüm inşa edilecektir.

İhalenin değerlendirme ve inceleme sürecinin tamamlanması ve sözleşmenin imzalanmasına ilişkin detaylar, ayrıca kamuoyuna duyurulacaktır.

We hereby announce that the tender for the "Istanbul Başakşehir Damla Kent Project Stage B, 2 nd Phase Residential and Commercial Constructions, with Infrastructure and Landscaping Works" has been concluded. This tender was conducted by our company as part of the Real Estate Certificate issuance for the aforementioned project.

This scope of the tender covers a total construction area of 86,503.40 sqm and includes the development of 394 units in total, comprising 385 residential units and 9 commercial units .

Further details regarding the finalization of the tender process and the execution of the contract will be publicly disclosed in a separate announcement.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
