Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on concluding a non-binding Letter of Commitment

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: "4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that today a non-binding Letter of Commitment (hereinafter referred to as: LoC) was signed between 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Private Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "4iG SDT") - a member of 4iG Group - and Axiom Space Inc. in order to reaffirm their intent to implement cooperation in several key domains.

The Parties will work to bring advanced space infrastructure and innovation initiatives to Hungary and other key markets, strengthening global space industry cooperation. In support of these objectives, 4iG SDT has expressed interest in exploring a strategic investment in Axiom Space reinforcing the strategic ties between the two companies. 4iG SDT plans to invest 100 million USD in Axiom Space on the condition that the LoC is non-binding, it cannot be considered as a final investment agreement. Further to this, Axiom Space Inc. has initiated a program on Orbital Data Center (ODC), where 4iG SDT wishes to participate as a cooperating partner and intends to invest another 100 million USD in ODC project, but the LoC is not binding, it does not impose any obligation on the Parties.

Houston-based Axiom Space Inc. is a leader in commercial spaceflight and space infrastructure development, building the world's first commercial space station. The US space company provides solutions for microgravity research, with a focus on in-space data networks, storage and processing. Axiom Space Inc, is also a partner of the Hungarian astronaut program, called HUNOR.

4iG Space and Defence Ltd. is an independent holding company of the 4iG Group with special focuses on space and defence industry, which aims to enter the global market in the fields of satellite development, manufacturing, operation, satellite services, drone manufacturing, drone defence, defence industrial and digitalisation services, among others. The objective of 4iG SDT's HUSAT Program is to have a constellation of one geostationary satellite and a total of eight Earth observation satellites on low earth orbit by 2032.
